PRESENTATION

CAL PAISÀ is a eighteenth century house completely renovated, rental is temporaly. It is situated in the village of Sant Vicenç de Calders (north) in Baix Penedès, Tarragona (Catalunya).

The house has a capacity for 5 pax (possibly up to 6).

Equipment: TV, DVD, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, central heating, fireplace, air-conditioned suite and garden furniture. 

Pool, july and august.

 Interior layout: suite, double room and single room, kitchen-dining room, living room and reading corner, all on three levels.

Outdoors: intimate yard and sun terrace.

Parking area near the home.

Because of its location the house is ideal for different kinds of leisure and cultural activities. A fusion of beaches and mountains within the same framework: from the quiet, privacy and calm.
